• Your submissions are stored on our own servers and are never sold or rented to third parties.
• Where cross-border handling is involved, we share only the necessary information with domestic partner hospitals after your explicit consent; all medical fees are paid directly to the hospitals and we do not handle the medical payment flow.

• You may access, correct, or delete your personal information and withdraw consent previously given. Contact us via the email below.

Retention

• Inquiry data is kept for the period necessary for the service; where there is no further engagement we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable timeframe.
